Hibajeee Terms & Conditions — Full English Version

Hibajeee (hibajeee.net) is an internationally licensed online betting platform designed specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and activities on the Hibajeee platform.

By registering on Hibajeee or beginning to use the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read the full document carefully before creating an account.

Hibajeee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified on the platform and the latest version will always be available on the website.

To open an account with Hibajeee, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately.
• Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and funds will be permanently forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing account access with any third party is not permitted.
• A national ID card, passport, or other valid document may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Email or mobile verification is required after registration. Some services will be limited until verification is complete. Hibajeee reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

Hibajeee supports Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions can be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. In the event of a technical issue, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting purposes only.
• Deposits must come from a valid account held in the user's own name.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Hibajeee offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page.

General bonus rules:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager at least 10 times the bonus amount.
• You have up to 30 days to complete the wagering requirements.
• You cannot use more than one bonus at a time while another is still active.
• Cashback bonuses can be withdrawn directly with no wagering requirements.

All bonus offers must be used within the specified time frame. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically. Hibajeee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following general rules apply when placing bets on Hibajeee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature).
• Odds in live betting can change in an instant. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If a match is abandoned or incomplete, bets are generally refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Hibajeee reserves the right to recalculate bets at the correct odds.

For match result determination, Hibajeee follows announcements from officially recognized sports governing bodies. In the event of any dispute, Hibajeee's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hibajeee:

• Any betting connected to match-fixing or spot-fixing.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or engaging in arbitrage betting.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Any attempt to hack, phish, or otherwise compromise platform systems.
• Stealing another user's account credentials or unauthorized use of their account.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

Hibajeee may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• KYC verification failure or submission of false information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request.

To close your account, email support@hibajeee.net. Please withdraw all valid balances before closure. Any active bets will be settled as normal.

Hibajeee puts responsible betting first. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

Our responsible betting features:

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily removing yourself from the platform for a set period.
• Reality Check — periodic reminders of your time spent betting.
• Cooling-Off Period — take a betting break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

Hibajeee treats the security of your personal information as a top priority. We never sell or share your data with any third party.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account.
